Oak Creek Wine & Spirits was founded by Randy Reed on May 17, 2008 with the inspiration of his partner, Bill Disley. Bill brings a broad assortment of knowledge from working both the retail and distribution sides of the liquor industry. Bill is completely dedicated to making Oak Creek Wine & Spirits your destination for all of your alcohol purchases. He will work with you on finding that hard to locate special item and the difficult different bottles of wines or spirits to ensure your constant satisfaction with the service you receive at Oak Creek Wine & Spirits.
The store is open seven days a week to ensure that we meet everyone's schedule.

Every Friday from 4 PM until 7 PM our wine specialist, Bill and a local celebrity chef will delight your palate with wine and delicious food to pair specifically for the wine selection of the evening. We currently offer a 10% discount on any case of wine; Pick any twelve (12) bottles of 750mL size wine and get 10% off the entire purchase of your wines. Pick any six (6) bottles of 1.5L's of wine and get the same 10% discount on that case as well.

Wow, this has a very deeply characterful and intense nose, with very dark and fairly pure fruit, just tinged with a little soot. Ethereal, perfumed, rather gravelly, certainly characterful, this is quite enticing. On the palate it starts with a slightly confected edge to the fruit, but this disappears to leave through the midpalate a brooding presence of massive, somewhat overbearing tannins. There is dark fruit behind it, a moderate texture, and fairly fresh acidity, but the extraction here is huge. There is some good substance to help support it though. This is one to age and keep in your cellar for another decade or more.
Aromas of warm black fruit, cedar, chocolate, and dried herbs, followed by rich, juicy flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, and tobacco, with a nice long finish. The tannins are ripe and supple.

The 2006 Mariner exudes the qualities of a fine Bordeaux. At first swirl, this wine presents a beautiful mix of bright cherry, chocolate, and cassis elements framed by subtle notes of vanilla bean and coffee. On the palate, this classic blend comes together with fine tannins that support the dense fruit and structure of this full bodied wine. With more airing, hints of rose petal and earthy nuances provide balance, grace, and finesse. A long and memorable finish proves that this delicious young wine will age for at least a decade or more.
